Our 70,000 sq ft production facility houses a combination of single and twin-screw extruders producing both rigid and flexible profile.

We design

Our development process begins with careful material selection which underpins the design and manufacturing process for every application. Challenges to reduce weight, eliminate fixings, provide access or enhance performance are typical of the custom plastics solutions we provide. Design support is provided in both Autocad and Solidworks.

Rigid profile in up to 12m lengths can be produced, along with our coiling service for flexible products.

Technical Capabilities

Colour matching

A major advantage of engaging Boomer as a bespoke extruder is our ability to accurately colour match extrusions on low volumes. In many applications, the hard wearing thru-colour profiles offer a significant benefit compared to other post extrusion applied coatings. Efficient handling of the customer’s complex supply needs is an essential part of the service we provide.

Co-extrusion

Our co-extrusion facilities open the door to many bespoke solutions in response to specific challenges. Through clever die design, we can optimise the use of co- extrusion in both rigid and flexible materials. Our integrated co-extruded seals and gaskets are a cost-effective solution compared to the secondary application of stand-alone seals and offer excellent wear characteristics.

We specialise in low volume colour matching for bespoke extrusion.
